Herman Cueto serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. In this role, Cueto is responsible for oversight of the financial operations for: BD's Medical, Interventional and Life Sciences Segments; Business Planning and Analysis; BD's Integrated Supply Chain function, one of the company's largest functions; as well as all BD regions. He is also a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Cueto joined BD in 2017 through the acquisition of C.R. Bard, where he worked in various finance and leadership roles since 2004, including those within corporate, international and supply chain operations. Prior to his current role, Cueto held several positions at BD including Chief Financial Officer for BD’s Medical Segment and Interventional Segment, respectively. Cueto has more than 25 years of experience in finance and business planning.
Cueto earned a Bachelor of Science and master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Seton Hall University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
